Finn Balor turned heel on this week’s episode of NXT. As a result, this has opened up a ton of options for this year’s WarGames match. I have put together some of the best options that WWE could do.
5) The Undisputed Era (Adam Cole, Roderick Strong, Kyle O’Reilly, and Bobby Fish) vs Tommaso Ciampa, Velveteen Dream, Keith Lee, and Dominic Dijakovic

Let’s start with a WarGames match that I think has a decent chance of happening. That would be the Undisputed Era vs Tommaso Ciampa, Velveteen Dream, Keith Lee, and Dominic Dijakovic.
As you will notice, Finn Balor is not included here. In this scenario, Balor vs Johnny Gargano would be taking place on the card by itself. Balor technically didn’t join up with the Undisputed Era at the end of NXT and just focused on Gargano. As a result, WWE could keep the feud between Gargano and Balor separate from the WarGames match.
Based on NXT television, Ciampa and Dream seem like locks to be on the opposite side of The Undisputed Era. Plus, I would have them recruit Keith Lee and Dominic Dijakovic to their squad after their incredible matches. In my opinion, Lee and Dijakovic deserve a big Takeover match after their recent performances.
This would be a fun WarGames match. Plus, the card would also get Balor vs Gargano, which will likely be a banger. This scenario is definitely possible in my eyes and we would get two great matches out of it.
4) The Undisputed Era (Adam Cole, Roderick Strong, Kyle O’Reilly, and Bobby Fish) vs The O.C (Finn Balor, AJ Styles, Luke Gallows, and Karl Anderson) vs Tommaso Ciampa, Velveteen Dream, Keith Lee, and Dominic Dijakovic

Another option would be for Finn Balor to recruit his own squad of guys for the WarGames match. The obvious picks for him would be AJ Styles, Luke Gallows, and Karl Anderson. This comes after the O.C attempted to recruit Balor at Summerslam. Maybe Balor has finally decided to join their cause?
This would add an extra team to the scenario above, giving us a 4 vs 4 vs 4 WarGames match. It would be The Undisputed Era vs The O.C vs Ciampa, Dream, Lee, and Dijakovic.
This would be incredible. I am skeptical that Vince McMahon would allow Styles, Gallows, and Anderson to come back to NXT for this match though. It is definitely a great option but I am not sure if WWE would pull the trigger on it.
