NXT UK Takeover Cardiff will be taking place on August 31st. The event will be held at the Motorpoint Arena Cardiff. Below are my NXT Takeover Cardiff predictions for what I think will happen at the event.

6) Zack Gibson & James Drake vs Mark Andrews & Flash Morgan Webster vs Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang)
— NXT UK Tag Team Championship (Confirmed)
A triple threat tag team match has been confirmed for the event. It will be Zack Gibson and James Drake vs Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster vs Mark Coffey and Wolfgang. This will be for Gibson and Drake’s NXT UK Tag Team Titles.
This should be an entertaining tag team match. If I had to bet, I would say that this match opens the show to start things off with a bang.
As for the winner, I am going with Gallus winning the belts. I think that they will be built up strongly over the next little while and them winning here would make sense. Plus, I want Gibson back in singles competition.

5) Travis Banks vs Noam Dar
— Singles Match (Confirmed)
Travis Banks vs Noam Dar has been officially confirmed for the UK Takeover: Cardiff card.
This should be a fun match between two talented guys.
As for the winner, I am going with Banks. No real reason other than I can see Banks challenging for the WWE UK Championship in the future.
Winner Prediction: Travis Banks.
4) Dave Mastiff vs Joe Coffey
— Last Man Standing Match (Confirmed)
A Last Man Standing match has been confirmed for Takeover: Cardiff. This will be between Dave Mastiff and Joe Coffey
This should be a solid match. I love a good ‘Hoss Fight’ and it should be fun to watch these big boys go at it.
As for the winner, I am going with Joe Coffey. I think that the Gallus faction will be built up strong, so Coffey winning here makes sense to me.
