With 2019 more than half over, fans are starting to wonder if WWE is going to run Evolution II before the end of the year.
We have a rumor to pass your way about the possibility of another all-women’s PPV event.
According to Tom Colohue of Sportskeeda, WWE is now strongly considering running Evolution II after initially being unsure. Here is what a source told him:
“Talks never really ended but they were always brief. Some people were fiercely for it but the logistics didn’t iron out. Things are looking very different now. People higher up are starting to listen.”
It is now believed that the fan appetite is there for WWE to run another all-women’s event. Colohue says that discussions are currently underway and we could see it get added to the 2019 PPV schedule.
My Take: I really hope WWE does another Evolution. Sasha Banks vs Becky Lynch and Bayley vs Charlotte Flair are two strong programs for the Women’s Championships. Plus, WWE has a boatload of talent that they can utilize. If Women aren’t allowed on the next Saudi Arabia show, I say that WWE should pull the trigger on Evolution II.
