The Undertaker made his return on RAW this week to help Roman Reigns against Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre. This came as a legitimate shock to fans as nobody saw it coming.
It was later confirmed that the Undertaker and Roman will be facing Shane and Drew at WWE Extreme Rules.
We have a rumor to pass your way about the Undertaker’s return match.
According to Sports Illustrated, Drew McIntyre was on the Undertaker’s short list of people who he requested to face. This comes after his poor match against Goldberg at WWE Super Showdown. Here is a quote:
Sports Illustrated learned that McIntyre was on the short list of Undertaker’s requested opponents following his debacle in Saudi Arabia against Bill Goldberg at the Super ShowDown.
My Take: If this is true, this definitely has me excited about the future. I speculated that the Undertaker vs Drew could happen at Summerslam, and this rumor gives that some credence.
