Rumor On The Possible Plans For Daniel Bryan’s Return To Smackdown

Daniel Bryan hasn’t been seen on Smackdown Live since he lost the WWE Championship to Kofi Kingston at Wrestlemania 35.

Even though there were some worries that he is injured, news broke on Thursday that Bryan has been medically cleared to return.

We have a rumor to pass your way about the possible plans for Bryan’s return to Smackdown.

On Wrestling Observer Radio (subscribe here), Dave Meltzer suggests that Bryan could be added to the WWE Championship match between Kofi Kingston and Kevin Owens. Here is a quote:

“He’ll probably get involved in the Kofi Kingston program as well. They may even switch that match to a three way. Tentatively on the European tour, they are doing a three way as the main event. So it may end up being a three way program.”

My Take: I wouldn’t be mad if we got Bryan vs Owens vs Kingston. Could be a fun triple threat match.

How would you feel about Bryan getting added to the WWE Championship feud? Let me know in the comment section below.
