Here are some of our predictions for this week’s episode of Smackdown.
7) The 8-Man Tag Team Match Will Set Up A Number One Contenders Match For Next Week
WWE has confirmed an 8-man tag team match for the episode. It will be the Hardy Boyz, Ricochet, and Aleister Black vs the Bar, Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura.
My guess is that this match is going to end in a disqualification. This will lead to all of the teams brawling.
This will set-up a number one contenders match to determine the Usos’ challengers at Wrestlemania 35. I am thinking that we could get The Hardy Boyz vs Aleister Black and Ricochet vs The Bar vs Shinsuke Nakamura and Rusev.
6) Shane McMahon vs The Miz Will Be Confirmed For Wrestlemania 35
Shane McMahon turned heel at the Fastlane PPV. This came after he attacked the Miz from behind.
My guess is that we get a heel promo from Shane this week to explain his actions.
I also think that WWE will confirm Shane vs the Miz for Wrestlemania 35. Shane technically has the power to make matches, so I could see him making the match official for the event.
5) Mandy Rose And Sonya Deville Will Split Up As A Tag Team
Mandy Rose lost to Asuka at Fastlane on Sunday night. This came after she slipped on the ring apron that was lifted up by Sonya Deville.
My guess is that Sonya and Mandy are going to officially split up as a
The Women’s Tag Team division will likely be getting a shuffle after Wrestlemania anyways. I think we could see these two split up on the episode this week.
