There has been a lot of news about the WWE creative team as of late. This includes Bruce Prichard and Dana Warrior recently joining the team.
We have some more news to pass your way about the WWE creative team.
This time, it has to do with the new lead writer of the WWE Women’s division.
According to Last Word On Pro Wrestling, Betsy Kelso is now in the role of lead writer for the Women in WWE.
During an appearance on the WrassleRap podcast, former WWE writer Kazeem Famuyade revealed that Betsy only joined WWE about 8 months ago. He also mentioned that she has been writing some “great stuff for SmackDown Live”.

“Betsy most recently created and developed TV series for Warner Bros., ABC Family, MTV, Disney Channel
and Universal Music Group. She also wrote and directed the short film CHURCH & STATE starring Martin Starr, and has written and performed for BEHIND THE MUSIC THAT SUCKS, an animated parody series that aired on FUSE Network in which she can be heard as the voices of Courtney Love, Jennifer Lopez, Cherand all three Dixie Chicks.
