Here are some of our predictions for things that will happen on the road to Wrestlemania 35.
10) Sasha & Bayley Will Defeat Nia Jax & Tamina At Fastlane
Sasha Banks and Bayley won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships at the Elimination Chamber. Their first feud looks to be against Nia Jax and Tamina. These two teams will likely face off at Fastlane.
My guess is that Sasha and Bayley will end up retaining the Titles. It would be silly for them to drop the belts already.
This win will set Sasha and Bayley up for a new feud heading into Wrestlemania 35.
9) Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn Will Enter The RAW Tag Team Championship Picture
There is no denying that the RAW Tag Team division has been underutilized over the past year. It feels like WWE has put the division on the backburner for the past several months.
I think the division is going to get a big boost when Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn return from injury. My guess is that WWE puts them together in the tag team division.
They would provide the division with a big boost in my opinion. Owens and Zayn are a great tag team, as fans of theirs pre-WWE know already. I think they could be the shot in the arm that the division needs.
8) R-Truth Will Drop The United States Championship Before Wrestlemania
I am a fan of R-Truth but I just don’t see him holding the United States Championship for more than a few weeks.
My guess is that Truth is going to end up dropping the belt at Fastlane (or maybe even before).
I could see either Rey Mysterio or Andrade Almas winning the belt from him. My gut says that it won’t be Truth holding onto the belt heading into Wrestlemania 35.
