Speculation On The Remaining Teams Who Will Be In The 2019 Women’s Elimination Chamber Match

Three teams have been confirmed so far for the Elimination Chamber match to crown the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. Nia Jax & Tamina along with the the Riott Squad qualified from RAW. Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville were announced on this week’s episode of Smackdown.

So who will be the other three teams involved? Let’s speculate a little bit.

WWE has confirmed that Sasha Banks & Bayley vs Alicia Fox & Nikki Cross will be taking place on RAW next week. The winning team gets to enter the match. Sasha and Bayley winning is the obvious choice. They are the current favorites to walk out as the first Champions. I think that they will easily qualify.

I have to assume that the IIconics will be taking up a spot in the match. They are a clearly established tag team from Smackdown and it would make sense for them to be involved. They will likely be a staple of the Women’s tag team division moving forward.

The big question is, who will be the final team in the match?

I originally had the Bella Twins in this spot but I am going to change my mind. My guess is that it will be Naomi & Lana taking the final spot from Smackdown. WWE gave R-Truth a U.S Title match after being attacked at the Royal Rumble and I think they will do the same with Lana. She lost her spot in the Rumble due to injury. I think this match needs another babyface team, so Lana & Naomi could work. Lana has expressed her desire to team with Naomi in the past.

That would give us the Riott Squad vs Tamina & Nia Jax vs Sasha Banks & Bayley vs Sonya Deville & Mandy Rose vs The IIconics vs Lana & Naomi. Let me know if you disagree in the comment section below.
