Where are the ratings? It’s nearly saturday!!
Completely agree with Omega-Tanahashi (I’ve watches 3 times, it’s so good), but I think Meltzer was too generous with Okada-White and Jericho-Naito. Probably, a little also with Ibushi-Ospreay.
Ospreay vs ibushi was 4.25 at best. ZSJ vs Ishii is about right. Both these matches needed more time and could have been fantastic. Heavyweight tag match rated a little high for what it was. Naito/Jericho was about 4.5 for me. Agree with the rest accept the main event. To be fair, I’ve only watched it once and was sick and it was the end of the 4 hour show. Not saying it wasnt a great match but I had it at 4.75 when it ended. Replaying the same sequences of moves to make the match longer does not constitute a scale breaker. IMO. Overall the show was great, not the best but worth watching for sure.
