Some bad news broke over the weekend at an NXT live event. During NXT’s show in Green Bay, fans in attendance noted that Dakota Kai looked to have injured her leg.
Some photos from the event showed Kai being helped to the back and it didn’t look good.

According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline, it is looking like bad news. Here is what he wrote:
Dakota Kai got her MRI today regarding the knee injury she suffered over the weekend. The belief was that she tore her ACL over the weekend but the damage hasn’t been confirmed.
We will let you know if this is confirmed over the next few days. If true, this is horrible news as Kai is extremely talented and has been doing some great work in NXT as of late. We wish her the best.
