The TLC PPV event takes place in a couple of weeks. There are already some big matches confirmed for the card. This includes AJ Styles vs Daniel Bryan and Charlotte Flair vs Asuka vs Becky Lynch.
WWE has now announced a new match for the TLC PPV.
The Bar will be defending their Smackdown tag team Championships in a triple threat match at TLC.
It will be the Bar vs the Usos vs the New Day. Here is what WWE posted:
“Three of the most dominant tag teams in recent history will collide at WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs as The Bar defends the SmackDown Tag Team Championships against The New Day and The Usos in a Triple Threat Match. These three teams each have five Tag Title reigns to their names, making them some of the most accomplished squads to compete in WWE.
Sheamus & Cesaro captured the SmackDown Tag Titles on SmackDown 1000 by defeating The New Day’s Big E & Xavier Woods. Since Survivor Series, though, the reigning champions have hit a snag, with non-title losses to both The New Day and The Usos. Plus, under the Triple Threat Match stipulation, pressure will be even higher on The Bar, considering they do not need to be involved in the decision to lose the titles.
Don’t miss this dream Triple Threat Match at WWE TLC, streaming live on Sunday, Dec. 16, at 7 ET/4 PT on WWE Network”
WWE also announced two other matches for TLC earlier in the day. You can read more about that here.
