Survivor Series takes place this upcoming weekend. The show will feature some Champion vs Champion matches. It will also feature three elimination matches between Monday Night RAW and Smackdown Live.
A new rumor suggests that WWE canceled their plans for a ‘traitor’ storyline on the road to Survivor Series.
According to @Wrestlevotes, an idea was pitched for Smackdown to invade RAW. This time, RAW was going to be tipped off beforehand by someone on the blue brand, creating a storyline about who was the ‘traitor’. Here is what the account Tweeted:
Heard of a really intriguing storyline that isn’t happening, but worth noting. The idea was that SD will invade RAW tonight, but prior to it, someone from RAW would be tipped off, thus creating a “traitor” storyline. Shane would then work to find who alerted RAW they were coming.
