Triple H and Shawn Michaels defeated Kane and the Undertaker at the WWE Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia. This came after Triple H was able to hit Kane with a pedigree.
It was pretty clear that Triple H suffered some sort of injury during the match as he could barely move his arm. Still, he battled it out and was able to finish the match.
WWE confirmed that Triple H suffered a torn pectoral muscle. He will be having surgery this week. Here is what they posted on their website:
“During the epic showdown between D-Generation X and The Brothers of Destruction at WWE Crown Jewel, Triple H sustained what appears to be a torn pectoral muscle, WWE.com has learned.
As a result, The Game plans to return to the United States this week to undergo surgical repair.
Check back with WWE.com for more details as they become available”
The injury seemed to occur when he was tossed over the top rope to the outside. Here is a clip of Triple H in pain during the match:

We will let you know if we hear anything more on his injury and how long he could be out.
On a related note, WWE photoshopped Rey Mysterio’s mask at Crown Jewel. You can read more about that here.
