Here are 19 things that we learned from Smackdown 1000.
1) An Awesome Video Package Opened Smackdown 1000
This week’s episode of Smackdown Live kicked off with a great video package of some of the best moment in Smackdown history. This was a really great video package that brought back a lot of memories.
WWE’s video crew always seems to deliver.
Huge moment in cable Television #SD1000. That opening video package brought back a lot of memories. I really love wrestling.

2) WWE Didn’t Bring Back The ‘Fist’ Set Design
I can’t lie, I was hoping for WWE to bring back the classic ‘fist’ set design for the episode. This is something that WWE fans have been asking for a long time now but hasn’t happened.
Seems like a missed opportunity.
Fantastic opening for #SD1000. But not getting the giant fist stage back out for this is a giant fail.

Just for one night I wish #SmackdownLive did the fist stage. That stage was my childhood. #Smackdown1000

3) The First Ever General Manager Of Smackdown Returned For The 1000th Episode
Stephanie McMahon appeared on Smackdown Live this week. She was a part of the opening segment with R-Truth and Carmella on ‘Truth TV’.
I actually completely forgot that she was the first-ever General Manager of Smackdown. I guess it is pretty cool that she made an appearance on the show.
Well, we’ve already had TWO dance breaks on #TruthTV, so it’s time to bring out @RonKillings & @CarmellaWWE“s first guest… @StephMcMahon! #SD1000 pic.twitter.com/yOxc6I94DZ
