The big story in WWE last week was Liv Morgan getting injured on Monday Night RAW. Liv took a couple of kicks to the face from Brie Bella, which knocked her unconscious. It was later reported that Liv suffered a concussion.
We have the latest injury update on Liv to pass your way.
It seems to be good news. Liv returned to the road this weekend for WWE live events. She didn’t wrestle but she accompanied the Riott Squad and Alicia Fox to the ring for their matches.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, the plan seems to be to evaluate her before RAW. If she fails the concussion test, Alicia Foxx will likely be her replacement at the WWE Super Show-Down event in Australia. Here is a quote (via Ringside News):
“Yeah they had a show tonight and she was in the corner. Alicia Fox subbed for her in the match, but she was there in the corner. So they’re letting her travel. I don’t know what that means — yeah that’s probably what’s going to happen she’ll be tested before Raw. And if she doesn’t pass the test then Alicia Fox will probably be the 3rd person in the match against Rousey and The Bella Twins in Australia. Because she’ll have to pass the test to wrestle in Australia.”
Nothing definitive but great news that Liv is back traveling. Hopefully, this means that she will be good to go for the match in Australia on Saturday.
We will update you when we find out anything more on the situation.
