WWE Is Reportedly Making A Big Change To Their WWE Network Strategy

You may have heard the news recently about NXT potentially moving from the WWE Network over to Fox Sports 1 next year. If that does indeed happen, it will leave a pretty big void in the WWE Network as far as content goes.

According to a new report, WWE is looking to shift their strategy for the Network.

Brad Shepard of Barn Burner reports that WWE is looking to focus more of their WWE Network content on independent wrestling.

It was noted prior that WWE had started a working relationship with Pro Wrestling NOAH in Japan. Shepard reports that the relationship between WWE and NOAH is expected to go further than just a talent exchange here and there. He says that Triple H met with executives to finalize a deal to eventually put NOAH on the WWE Network.

Shepard adds that this is only one of the numerous relationships that are expected between WWE and other professional wrestling companies.

A pretty exciting possibility. Would make sense since NXT leaving the Network would be a big void to fill.
