There is always a debate among wrestling fans about who are among the best wrestlers in the entire world. If you surveyed a group of people, chances are that you would receive all different answers since wrestling is so subjective.
During an interview with Sports Illustrated, Cody Rhodes shared who he thinks are the top 5 wrestlers in the world today.
Here is what Cody’s list looks like:
“In the modern era of reality is reality versus perception is reality, it’s simple. I am the best in the world. It’s 1: Cody; 2: Kenny; 3: Okada; 4: Charlotte; 5: Cena, with Ospreay creeping up on the list. It’s my responsibility with the event to live up to that ranking. I am unbelievably good at this, because of hard work and dedication.”
Cody is probably working a bit of a gimmick into his list here but it is still an interesting topic of debate. What does your top 5 wrestlers in the world list look like? How different is it from Cody’s?
