The Miz has officially qualified for the Men’s Money in the Bank ladder match. I have two ideas that I think would be interesting for the Miz if he does end up winning the briefcase this year.
The first idea is the most obvious. I think that it would be a slam dunk for the Miz to hold onto the briefcase until Daniel Bryan wins the WWE Championship again.
The Miz crashing Bryan’s moment would be perfect based on their current rivalry and storyline. This would set up the eventual rematch at Wrestlemania 35 for the WWE Championship.
The second idea I have for the Miz is a little outside of the box. What if the Miz won the briefcase and cashed in for the Intercontinental Championship? It makes sense to me since the Miz is always talking about the Intercontinental Championship being the most valuable Title in WWE. He also only needs one more Title reign to tie Chris Jericho’s record for the most all-time (Jericho has 9, the Miz has 8). He is also only a few weeks away from breaking Pedro Morales’ record for the most combined days holding the Title (Morales is at 619 days, the Miz is at 599).
Cashing in for something other than a World Title could be interesting. I think that it makes sense for the Miz and his obsession over the Intercontinental belt.
