WWE Money In The Bank 2018 Results – Things That We Learned

1) Booker T Dissed CM Punk

On the kickoff show, Booker T brought up CM Punk and his recent loss at UFC 225. Pretty rare to hear Punk mentioned on WWE television these days. Booker took a little dig of his own:

2) The Bludgeon Brothers Retained (Solid Match On The Kickoff Show)

The kickoff show featured a match for the Smackdown Tag Team Championships. The Bludgeon Brothers defended against Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson. The match ended up being really solid between both squads. The Bludgeon Brothers retained their Titles.

Would like to see them face off again.

3) Still So Happy To See Daniel Bryan Back In The Ring

Money in the Bank featured a match between Big Cass and Daniel Bryan. During the match, it dawned on me how good it is to see Daniel Bryan back in the ring. We are back to it feeling normal that Bryan is wrestling again.

So happy to have him back.

4) Bryan vs Cass Was Better Than Expected

The match between Big Cass and Daniel Bryan ended up being a lot better than expected. Probably the best singles match of Cass’ career. That might have had a lot to do with Bryan being in the ring but I think Cass deserves some props.
