Stephanie McMahon teamed up with her husband Triple H at Wrestlemania 34 to take on Kurt Angle and Ronda Rousey. Stephanie lost the match and nearly had her arm snapped in half by Ronda.
There is some silver lining for Stephanie though as she now owns a piece of WWE history.
Stephanie McMahon now holds the record for the most time in between a WWE stars first televised match and their first Wrestlemania match. 18 years ago, Stephanie made her televised WWE in-ring debut. Wrestlemania 34 marked her first and only Wrestlemania match of her career. She broke the record of Bob Backlund by only a few months. Here are some of the names that she passed:
Time between first televised @WWE match and first #WrestleMania match:
– @RicFlairNatrBoy – 16 years
– @MichaelPSHayes1 – 16 years & 7 months
– @JerryLawler – 18 years & 2 months
– Bob Backlund – 18 years & 3 months
– @StephMcMahon – 18 years & 6 months— WWE Stats & Info (@WWEStats) April 9, 2018
A pretty fun stat.
