Charlotte Flair shocked the WWE Universe when she defeated Asuka at Wrestlemania 34. With the win, Charlotte retained her Smackdown Women’s Championship and also ended Asuka undefeated streak.
Here is how Twitter reacted:
Asuka’s streak is over and we are all John Cena’s face right now #WrestleMania pic.twitter.com/5dhpeEqzq1

Asuka’s streak had to come to an end, so at least it came during an amazing match at WrestleMania to someone the WWE values highly.
Another silver lining? People can’t complain to me about being bored of the streak haha!

This is all of us right now.
Charlotte has lost plenty of matches before.
Seems weird to break Asuka’s streak when it could be used to build another female Superstar down the line.
Not sure this is the best storytelling, but it’s a #WrestleMania Moment for sure@WrestlingInc pic.twitter.com/FL3QSUFaLi

that feeling when you watch asuka’s streak end live and need to find creative to ask them what the hell they were thinking. #wrestlemania

Charlotte wins, Streak over!
Ended convingly, felt like a big deal, Asuka took it well, no Carmella cash in, no issues here.

Asuka is so much more than just a streak, and so many fans fail to see that.
She represents so much more to so many people, especially as a woman of color. She is an innovator, & although her undefeated streak ended tonight, her story is opening another chapter. #WrestleMania pic.twitter.com/LLn2snCtt8

I don’t think Charlotte beating the streak means Asuka will lose a bunch now on RAW
