Individual Records That Were Set At The 2018 Royal Rumble

The Royal Rumble PPV took place last week and it was a lot of fun. Fans got to see both a Men’s and Women’s Royal Rumble match at the event for the first time ever.

Here are the records that were achieved at the event.

– Finn Balor is now 8th all-time for the longest time spent in a single Royal Rumble match. He lasted 57:38 as this year’s Iron Man.

– Sasha Banks holds the number one spot as Iron Woman, spending 54:46 in the ring. If we are counting the Men’s match, she posted the 11th best time in Royal Rumble match history.

– Rey Mysterio moves into 5th place on the list of the longest cumulative time spent in Royal Rumble matches. He has spent 3:29:25 in the ring total.

– Sheamus didn’t break the record of Santino Marella for shortest time in the ring but came close. He lasted 2 seconds, tying him with the Warlord for second place all-time. Santino’s 1-second from 2009 remains in the number one spot.

– With 4 eliminations in the match, Roman Reigns now has 30 total in his career. This is good for 7th place on the list of most eliminations. Kane holds the record with 44 total eliminations.

– Goldust is now tied in 3rd place with the Big Show for most total Rumble match appearances with 12. Kane holds the record at 19.
