1) AJ Styles Isn’t Thrilled About Having To Defend His Title In A Handicap Match
This weeks episode of Smackdown Live kicked off with AJ Styles. This comes a week after it was announced that Styles will be defending his WWE Title in a handicap match against Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens.
Styles expressed his displeasure with having to defend his title against both Kevin and Sami. He doesn’t think that it is fair and was being sarcastic when he suggested the match.
There’s no other option for #WWEChampion @AJStylesOrg. He HAS to defeat @FightOwensFight and @SamiZayn at #RoyalRumble! #SDLive pic.twitter.com/27dkG4uPwP

2) Kevin Owens And Sami Zayn Have A Chance To Make History At The Royal Rumble
Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn have a chance to make WWE history at the Rumble as the first-ever Co-WWE Champions. There were some questions from fans about how it would work if they did win. Would whoever gets the pin be Champion? Or would they split it?
Owens confirmed that they would split it. This would be similar to what LayCool did back in the day with the Divas Title.
“It would be a MIRACLE for YOU to beat US when it’s one against two… You have no chance of walking out of our #HandicapMatch with THAT title!” – @FightOwensFight to @AJStylesOrg#YEP #SDLive @SamiZayn pic.twitter.com/hQPZsnKXUs

3) We Finally Saw A Singles Match In The Smackdown Women’s Division!
It seems like ages ago that we have seen a singles match for the Women’s division on Smackdown Live. We have seen a lot of 6-Woman tag team matches over the past several weeks.
Finally, we got to see a singles match as Becky Lynch took on Ruby Riott.
