Dolph Ziggler left his newly won WWE United States Championship in the middle of the ring on Smackdown Live this week. Ziggler left the belt and walked to the back, much to the confusion of many fans.
Since this happened, speculation has been flying about Ziggler and what this potentially means for his future. Is he leaving WWE? Is he trolling us?
We have an update on his status.
According to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Ziggler will not be appearing on upcoming episodes of Smackdown Live.
Ziggler is still scheduled to work WWE live events according to Johnson. Ziggler is being kept off TV for the time being to sell the angle of him walking out.
