‘The Drifter’ Elias Samson has made his mark so far on Monday Night RAW. He has shown the ability to work up the crowd while he sings in the middle of the ring. He also has shown that he is nothing to mess with after his recent guitar smash over the head of Finn Balor during their match.
It appears as if WWE has tweaked the name of Elias Samson moving forward.
According to his profile on WWE.com, ‘The Drifter’ has dropped ‘Samson’ from his name. It looks like he will be referred to as simply ‘Elias’ on WWE programming.

Just a brilliant move
WWE has a history of dropping people’s last names for one reason or another. With all of the recent call ups, I never thought Elias would be the one who’s made the most of it. That’s counting both shows.
