There were some rumors circulating the web that WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar might be looking to return to the octagon for another fight. Lesnar returned to the UFC in 2016, defeating Mark Hunt by unanimous decision. It was announced after the fight that Brock had tested positive for a banned substance and the fight was changed from a win to a no-contest.
Brock was fined and suspended for a year by the he Nevada State Athletic Commission. Now that it has been a year since his last fight, some rumors have been circulating about him wanting to step into the cage again.
Here is everything that we know at the moment:
This story was first reported by MMA insider @TalkMMA, who has broken several stories in the past:
Paul Heyman and Brock were at the UFC HQ during IFW. Had a meeting with the UFC brass. Brock’s return is eminent. Most likely at MSG on Nov4

While looking into it, we found a tweet from Ariel Helwani, who says that nothing is close between Brock and the UFC at this time. For non-MMA fans, Helwani is considered as one of the most reliable sources covering the sport:
Nothing remotely close at this time. They could certainly use him, but not much there right now. https://t.co/qoMvyeqDWL
