Welcome RawViewers to another night of WWE commentary and reactions. First off I would like a shameless personal plug one year ago today my wife delivered my daughter into this world and she is amazing. Also it’s been truly awesome how many people have reached out to me to chat wrestling or talk about my articles over the last few weeks, I hope I can continue to provide content that people can engage with.
Reminder tomorrow the powers at be with @InnerN3rd will be releasing a special announcement in regards to a giveaway for Great Balls Of Fire. In addition to that we are inching closer to 250 followers so that I can buy someone a t-shirt of a superstar of someone’s choice. I’m not going to touch on the women’s Money in the Bank match again if you want me take read last night’s RawView. I would love to see Smackdown follow Raw’s lead in terms of numerous storylines all going on at once. So with all that said we have a returning Daniel Bryan, a great cliffhanger with the women’s Money in the Bank, and champions that retained their titles after the PPV. Let’s dive off the top of the cage right into this week’s Smackdown Live.
- Smackdown Live opens with a video package for the Women’s Money in the Bank match and the return of the YES! Man.
- Becky, Charlotte, Tamina and Natayla open the show with Daniel Bryan backstage bickering and looks like the show will revolve around the ladies tonight.
- Ellsworth and Carmella have serious heat right now with the live crowd and guess why?
- Carmella just delivered a main event style promo and just showed why the decision made on Sunday was the best possible outcome.
- Daniel Bryan is backstage watching Carmella who grabbed the Mario flower before her promo spit fire and is confronted by Charlotte who also cuts a passionate promo.
- This is going to be a good night I can already tell you. Smackdown Live must finally realize they are firmly behind Raw lately.
- Brock Lesner is announced for next Monday and guess what they did over three million viewers without part timers. Great storylines and add Lesner they could push back near three and a half.
- Dayton is on FIRE tonight as they hear Big E and go full mimic mode.
- New Day out cutting a typical New Day paint by numbers promo which is both fantastic and hilarious.
- This rejuvenation of the Usos has been very refreshing and has really made them fun to watch.
- Big E is the most fun loving most terrifying guy in the WWE. We really don’t give him enough credit for being that size and that athletic.
- Question of the night to those in the twittersverse or tweetersverse if I’m Carmella. Would you like to see Big E win the WWE Title someday?
- Natayla and Tamina confront Daniel Bryan about the Money in the Bank briefcase and the women have been front and center thus far on SDL.
- Naomi does a backstage promo saying that Daniel Bryan needs to do the “right thing”. Lana then interrupts her and asks if she will do the same. BOOM title match announced on future SDL.
- Randy Orton says he is willing to go to India to destroy Jinder Mahal and his family. If Jinder wants to know if Orton is telling the truth he may want to ask Cena or HHH.
- I’m so glad they did away with Nakamura’s faux pyro during his entrance.
- ZIggler bringing out old school heel tactics during this match like raking the eyes and grinding Nakamura’s face against the ropes.
- First time interacting in the Smackdown Live live chat on IWNerd.com and luckily the powers at be haven’t kicked me out yet.
- This has been a pretty decent match so far with both guys getting in some good offense. I’m glad they aren’t having Nakamura just squash Ziggler. That allows Ziggler to keep his value.
- Those knee strikes look absolutely brutal my goodness.
- This match has been better than their PPV match was.
- Becky Lynch looks like she has almost had enough and is ready to snap and go crazy person. This is the best version of her I’ve seen so far.
- The Canadian Face Of America is up next to offer up opportunity via open challenege to anyone in the back.
- Well the face that runs the place is out to challenge Kevin Owens.
- Chad Gable is out now and looks like he wants a shot at the US title.
- I’ve been told by so many people that Chad Gable has the ability to be a star in the WWE. I think he’s really good but I don’t see star at all.
- Very good TV match for the title against a guy that received an opportunity to shine TV for a bit good stuff.
- So far Smackdown has been very good but still not as good as Raw was last night.
- Mojo and Ryder are asking Bryan for the opportunity that they never lost. He tells them they have to earn it again in a match against the Usos next week.
- I do like how they tend to announce matches ahead of time for Smackdown Live its helps build anticipation week to week.
- Sami Zayn and Ty Dillinger are backstage doing a Sonic milkshake commercial where Dillinger uses his catchphrase to describe both milkshakes. Moving on.
- The Yes! Man himself is out to deliver a verdict on the Women’s money in the bank briefcase and there is about a half an hour left. Not good looking for Carmella.
- I remember being in the crowd on the Raw after Hell In A Cell in Orlando where he put Shawn Michaels in the Yes! Lock we chanted YES! All night long it was insane.
- He invites all the ladies AND James Ellsworth to the ring to give his decision.
- I have a feeling they won’t be recording another Ride Along episode with Ellsworth and Bryan after tonight for a while.
- My goodness Daniel Bryan has this crowd so hyped up I feel likes its 2014 all over again.
- Daniel Bryan decides that she has to hand over the briefcase and they will have a rematch on next week’s Smackdown Live.
- After the announcement Charlotte and Becky Lynch stand tall over Carmella.
- The Mondern Day Maharajah is up next to take on Luke Harper another guy who is getting a chance to shine against a champion on Smackdown.
- Luke Harper isn’t the only guy who will benefit from this match. Jinder Mahal getting some good ring time on Smackdown Live against a worker like Harper will only help him.
- Baron Corbin is out to tease a cashin which almost causes Harper to get a rollup victory.
- Mahal after interference from Punjabi Jamie Noble gets the win.
- Randy Orton comes out after the match and utterly destroys Mahal. You have to wonder why Corbin doesn’t actually cashin now.
- Randy Orton destroying the Singh Brothers is my guilty pleasure favorite thing in the WWE right now.
- SmackdownLive goes off the air with Orton posing in the ring and Mahal with a crazed look on his face in the crowd hugging his title.

Another good night of TV and I expect this Smackdown to do very good ratings numbers as far as Smackdown goes. The WWE seems to be hitting a good groove right now with these rosters and having multiple storylines going on. Tonight I’m glad to see guys like Chad Gable and Luke Harper get some significant TV time against champions that’s awesome. Reminder big announcement Wednesday @InnerN3rd for a Great Balls of Fire giveaway and also Re-Writing the book chapter 3: Brian Pillman will be released Friday. Until next time be awesome.
