Welcome to Monday Night RawView. I wonder which Raw will show up if it’ll be one like we received last week or if they will put on a lackluster show due to game five of the NBA finals. They have announced Brock Lesner will be kicking off the show and I’m completely stoked about that. I want to thank everyone who has tweeted or messaged me after my first week back writing for IWnerd.com.

- I’m so hyped for this week’s Raw after last week. Hopefully they don’t phone it in due to the NBA Finals.
- Awesome opening video package of Joe and Heyman from last week. They completely sold Great Balls Of Fire in one segment last week.
- No lie the Coquina Clutch maybe my favorite finisher on the roster currently.
- Here he is folks the Universal Champion and there is nobody on his level as an attraction right now.
- First unpopular opinion of the night, I love Brock Lesner as champion. It does two things in my eyes it elevates the IC title as well as forces others to battle to earn the right to face the beast.
- Heyman going full GOAT in his promo. Look it up on Youtube if you haven’t watched it yet.
- Samoa Joe takes offence to Heyman’s goat promo and comes out to interrupt and a brawl starts and this is awesome.
- That was an amazing opening segment of Raw possibly the best of the year so far. You can feel the intensity between these two just being in the ring at the same time.
- I have a feeling the sucky Olympic gold medalist is going to have a rough night.
- A two out of three falls tag match will main event Raw? GOOD! They are putting the titles and those four guys in a main event spot.
- First twenty minutes of Raw has been absolute perfection and now we get Elias Sampson with his new hit. With my ghost’s tonight. You get it because he gets boos.
- Here comes Dean Ambrose for a match against Elias Sampson hopefully they don’t feud now as we have seen these two men lockup way too many times.
- This may or may not be an unpopular opinion but I believe Dean Ambrose could be the number one face on the roster. He just needs to turn his character up to ten and Vince McMahon can sit back and watch the money print.
- Honestly if these two are going to feud I don’t want to see them lockup or get physical every week.
- Sampson and Ambrose look like two guys in a South Carolina bar that are in a fist fight over what song should play next on the jukebox.
- The Miz and Maryse cost Ambrose the match as Elias hits the cross Rhodes…..err….. the swinging neck breaker for the win.
- Goldust retro cuts a promo about R-Truth in old school fashion as I said last week bring back Summer Raw and let her get the rub from RetroDust.
- Angle is so upset the veins are popping out of his pulsating red-head and The Miz is stirring the pot in regards to Angle’s “personal problems”.
- I appreciate Michael Cole giving me the heads up to change my font to purple because you know Cruiserweights.
- We get a video package for Cedric “Air” Alexander and then we have Noam Dar on speakerphone with … maybe he’s the person texting Kurt Angle.
- Nope it’s Alicia FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOX.
- Wow Cedrick Alexander just came out for an empty arena match to I presume face Noam Dar. This crowd couldn’t care less about these two superstars.
- Alicia Fooooooox is yeling at Noam Dar via Skype? Facetime? Google Chats?
- Why is he looking at his phone when her picture is up on the titantron?
- Cedric Alexander wins and guess what no suicide dives in that match with you know cruiserweights. SIDE EYE LOOK.
- Bray Wyatt gets the segment opposite the NBA tipoff hm…
- Roman Reigns will make his announcement next week on what he will be doing for Summerslam and how could you not think it’s challenging for the Universal Title?
- Wyatt with an awesome however paint by numbers promo that he delivers during every big feud.
- This feud between Rollins and Wyatt maybe the best feud Rollins could ask for as this will push Rollins to get stronger on the mic.
- I’m such a big fan of both of these guys. The heir to the throne of best performer in the world against the heir to the throne of the best character in the world.
- I know some people feel the Bray Wyatt disappearing stuff is corny or whatever I dig it every time and likely will always dig it.

- Free Agent John Cena returns? Did anyone else catch that?
- Ultimo Dragon Lite aka Kalisto is out to take on The Titus Brand and it looks like it’ll be Apollo Crews this week.
- I am 100% all in on this Titus Brand gimmick for Titus O’Neil especially incorporating the 205 Live division. I would also like to see him maybe sign someone in the women’s division. I’m looking at you Nia Jax.
- “What would a loss due to Apollo Crews and the Titus Brand” I don’t know Booker T did you watch the last time these two guys faced off?
- Apollo Crews picks up a clean victory over Kalisto and Tozawa looks impressed as they try and recruit… Holy geez Titus just picked up Tozawa up like he was his child.
- Titus O’Neil can help these guys immensely from a character perspective.
- Easy Cheese is only in business because of Rhyno.
- The Miz approaches The Cheesy Kids and asks them to join his entourage or wait he asked Slater to join his entourage.
- Easy Cheese > Caviar
- The Miz and a mystery partner will be taking on Slater and Rhyno.
- Want to know who I think it should be? How about a certain tag team superstar who’s partner replaced him last week for another seven foot giant.
- Little Miss Bliss enters and this crowd just doesn’t seem to be into anything tonight.
- Nia Jax comes out looking intense and Alexa Bliss gives the ugh not you again look.
- Now we have Mickie James and Dana Brook come out and oh boy do I miss Charlotte and Sasha Banks feuding for the title.
- Emma has now decided to join the mix and she states she is ready for the spotlight to be on her.
- Either an alarm clock has just gone off in the Cajun dome OR Sasha Banks has arrived to save us all.
- Boss Party erupts in the Cajun dome.
- Kurt Angle during commercial break makes a…wait for it…. Wait for it…. A six woman tag match. SIDE EYE LOOK.
- This Raw has actually gone by very quickly.
- Is the Finn Balor is too small to be Univesral Champion a real thing? You seriously wouldn’t get jacked for a Demon vs. Beast matchup? If not I’m not sure why you are watching wrestling.
- Corey Graves with a sit down interview with Bayley who says Aw Shucks I tried my hardest.
- I applaud WWE for trying something here with Bayley however I’m not sure the diehard fans on the internet will enjoy this Bayley.
- Slyno is out next to take on The Miz and his mystery seven footer well if I’m booking this that is who I would choose.
- I really hope they don’t go with a Miz and Maryse breakup storyline these two are fantastic on screen.
- Oh goodness the bear is back to be the mystery partner of The Miz. Yes The Miz is teaming with a bear on Monday Night Raw.
- The Miz unmasks the bears and ITS RED HERRING again.
- The bear rolls back into the ring and drops slater with Dirty Deeds.
- Ambrose is now in the bear costume and he costs The Miz to knock Maryse onto her asset and furthering the tension between The Miz and Maryse.
- Ambrose now drops Miz with a dirty deeds and pulls Slater onto him and Heath Slater has just pinned the Intercontinental Champion.
- WWE has put the spotlight on the tag titles tonight and on The Hardyz, Cesaro and Sheamus good for them.
- It’s time for the King of the Cruiserweights and he will take on Rich Swann. I applaud this at least I can draw a conclusion as to why they are both fighting. As they both won on the last PPV.
- Neville just attacks Rich Swann and chokes him out with the “rings of Saturn”
- So tonight we got two cruiserweight matches that went a total of four minutes. Some may wonder why nobody cares about the cruiserweights.
- So now we have a feud started due to a tweet Titus O’Neil sent out? Why can’t we have Rusev get a feud started based on tweets he sent out?
- Up next Enzo and Cass will take on Chad 2 Badd and Tex Ferguson. Is this where we finally get another wrinkle in the mystery of who attacked Enzo and Cass?
- *In my best south park voice* who attacked Enzo and Cass was it The Revival, Cass or the 1994 Denver Broncos?
- Its comedy hour on Raw now with Gallows and Anderson. Bumpski, Beat yourself up over it, wheezing laugh and a two sweet.
- Big Cass held his own until making the tag to Enzo Amore and then Gallows and Anderson drop Enzo Amore for the win.
- The Good Brothers go to attack Enzo until The Big Show decides he will come out to chase off Galllows and Anderson.
- Big Cass looks on from the outside like he just got his longtime partner with another man.
- First Carmella starts spending all on her screen time with James Ellsworth and now Enzo is spending all of his on screen time with Big Show. It’s not them it’s you Cass.
- R-Truth now does his movie style promo. Who would rather see him going back to screaming it’s a conspiracy with Little Jimmy?
- Big Show is now seen walking through the halls and gets stopped by Enzo who wants to thank him. Enzo now starts to accuse Big Show of attacking Cass. Big Show stops Enzo and calls Cass SAWFT.
- So everyone Roman Reigns you know the big dog who likes to protect his yard? He is set to make an announcement next week, what do you think it’ll be? Tweet me @awesomephinatic your opinions for a follow, retweet and a potential shout out in my next article.
- My take on number seventy six? I think Reigns comes out to challenge the Universal Champion for the title only for Balor to interrupt him setting up a number one contenders match at Great Balls Of Fire.
- The two out of three tag title match starts with seven minutes left to go in the hour. Sheamus understands this and goes for the brogue kick to start the match.
- Sheamus kicks Jeff Hardy right in the mush and gets the first fall. Matt Hardy attempts to delete Cesaro and isn’t successful however does score a pin fall on him.
- We are now tied up at one a piece and I just wish these guys would have gotten PPV type time for this main event.
- This match ends in a double count out which will get a lot of people up in arms about the finish however this is a solid way to extend this feud.

Overall this Raw was solid especially knowing it’s going head to head with game five of the NBA finals. There is nothing really to overly criticize regarding this Raw. They made the tag titles seem like a big deal and there are multiple storylines going on besides just matches. Miz/Maryse, Miz/Ambrose, Joe/Lesner, Titus Brand, Who attacked Cass, Angle’s personal business, Rollins and Wyatt. Right now Raw is hitting its stride and let’s just hope they continue the momentum throughout the summer rolling into the fall.
