Dean Ambrose was recently a guest on the Talk is Jericho podcast. The show focused around Ambrose meeting Jeff Hardy for the first-time. They both spoke on a wide variety of topics about their careers and interests outside of the ring.
Ambrose shared in the interview what he thinks about his current entrance music. He also revealed when he found out he was getting new music.
Here is what he said:
“No, I think I scanned through a few different ones, like, when I was in developmental, and picked one or two, but when we did The Shield, we were just told kind of what we were thinking, and what’s his face guy wrote something. Yeah [Jim Johnston], you know who I’m talking about. Yeah, yeah. And then we did the voiceovers for it with the, ‘sierra, hotel…’ which was pretty cool”
He continued:
“Yeah. And then, when I got the music I have now, I was in the ring one day. I was beating somebody up or running somebody off and then they played this music and I had never heard it before and I went, ‘do I have new music now? What the hell? I guess I do.’ I like it. It [has] got a good, like, four seconds and that’s the most important part.”
Ambrose’s theme has a hot topic of conversation over the past few days. Xavier Woods recently added some lyrics to the song and they are great!
