  1. okay so as I sit here and think about the matches going in order I have to think that the Ladder Match for the Raw Tag Team Titles has to be opening the show

    • I don’t think Ambrose will win tonight for some reason, he’s pretty stale right now. Not giving him and Corbin any exposure on SmackDown this week has killed any momentum imo.

      • Ambrose deserves a win. He’s busted his ass for WWE all year, picking up the slack when other people were hurt or suspended. Never misses a show, does the dark matches. Booking him to win would do more for him and Corbin than Corbin winning.

Corbin is not ready for a big push, he proved that a couple of weeks ago in his match with Orton and last week on SD Live. His match with Orton looked awkward and sloppy and his Talking Smack promo with Dean was a struggle and Ambrose seemed to be getting legit irritated with him. Corbin could be a main event level player but he’s got a ways to go and putting a major belt on him would be a disaster because he isn’t ready for it.

Ambrose could make Corbin look like $$$ without having to lose to him and that’s what WWE should do instead of making Ambrose take another loss that does nothing for him or Corbin.

        • I agree with you 100% but Vince and WWE just sees him as a midcard person and that he doesn’t draw well as champion

          Reply
          • He drew well until after Battleground when WWE did nothing with him. If they’d given him more to do, I think he could’ve been a lot better. Corbin just isn’t ready and a title run would hurt him more than a great match and a loss.

          • True after the shield triple threat Ambrose fell flat and I did love the build for Dolph vs Dean but the match was awful ot just seems like wwe just dropped the ball with Ambrose as WWE champion

          • Ambrose’s Austin interview hurt him, though I put a lot of the blame on Austin and WWE. Austin seemed to deliberately try to make Dean uncomfortable and piss him off, which is unprofessional to say the least. Dean told the truth about the match with Lesnar and WWE didn’t like hearing the truth and punished him for it.

          • That’s my argument too. I’ve been a Dean fan since he came up to the main roster and I really want him to have a great career, but I think he’ll be like Foley. Reliable to hold a championship when there aren’t many other options, or be a transitional champion.

          • Dean’s too talented. He could be a new Austin if he was booked right. The Styles/Shane feud would’ve been great if they’d put Dean in that picture instead of Styles. Styles is great, but he doesn’t have the rawness to play that kind of character. Dean could make the same argument and it not come across as whiny, which it sounds like with Styles.

      • Corbin isn’t ready. He showed that two weeks ago with Orton and last week with Ambrose. That Orton match was terrible and the promo on Talking Smack was a struggle for him that seemed to legit irritate Ambrose. They can make Corbin look like a legit player without treating Dean like dirt again. After he’s busted his ass for WWE all year, the least they can do is give him a win tonight, he’s earned it, Corbin hasn’t.

        • I agree that Corbin is terrible on the mic and needs a lot of work Corbin has improved tremendously but I just don’t think he needs to win the title tonight give Ambrose thw Wrestlemania win he deserves and let Corbin win the title the Smackdown after mania or later Ambrose needs the win more

          • Corbin’s go home promo was horrific. Ambrose’s irritation wasn’t all for show, he seemed to be genuinely frustrated that Corbin botched so much. The match w/Orton was awkward and sloppy, it should’ve been WWE’s wake up call that Corbin isn’t ready for a big push. Let Ambrose and Corbin have a great match and let Corbin lose. Both parties would benefit and let Corbin win it later on.

  2. I’d be like if I had to walk down that ramp like “Hey do we got those carriers you guys had way back at Mania 3 for Andre” lol my legs would be exhausted

    • Main event was weak imo. Bobby Roode strikes me as being afraid of getting hurt by Nakamura and that’s limiting them. Rest of the card was good. Hope Nakamura debuts tonight.

  3. For anyone wondering about the commercial breaks: The Pre-Show is also being shown on USA Network, so the breaks are so the fans watching that don’t miss anything.

  5. alright I can dig MoJo winning let’s give him a shot plus Smackdown gets one up over Raw already at Mania lol

  6. Well, if I needed a reason to turn WrestleMania off, they just gave me one. Screw you, WWE for putting Ambrose/Corbin on the pre-show.

  7. Ok Vince McMahon has lost his fucking mind he clearly doesn’t know how to book a show anymore time for the old man to step down

  8. The problem with Ambrose is that WWE don’t know what to do with his style. Because he’s a face they can’t call him insane or a lunatic so he’s just your wacky uncle at thanksgiving. He’s a hardcore guy. Bring up Nakamura and get them feuding WWE.

  14. Man I love Shane’s matches. I don’t get why he’s criticised so much. So his is a different wrestling style, so what? It’s entertainment and it’s great.

  15. Brilliant match, Shane proved he’s not just a spot monkey and is capable of amazing mathes without jumping off something stupid, AJ continued to be amazing, and Shane put him over as it should be.

  16. funny story my grandpa was like just now “Why did you not tell me Gronk was at Mania” cause he’s a Patriots fan and I was like “Cause I was watching” but it makes me wonder what other celebrity/athlete could make a surprise appearance could be some one infamous or notorious or a 2 weight world champion now just who could that be hmmmmm *Scratches head*

  17. I thought the hardys might make appearance but didn’t think they would be tag team champions thank you wwe

  18. That sound you hear is the my inner teenage girl, who was in love with the Hardys, screaming her damn head off that they FINALLY won the tag titles at WrestleMania in a ladder match.

    Reply
      • I’m usually against part timers taking belts away from young talent, but the Hardys are every bit as good as they were eleven years ago in the Triangle Ladder Match if not better. And for them to FINALLY win the belts AT WrestleMania in THEIR match just makes me happy.

  19. Did the women’s title match get cut completely cause now its Wyatt/Orton the order for this year’s mania is out of whack

    Reply
  20. So instead of cutting this pointless concert, they’re cutting the SD Women’s match? Is that what I’m hearing since these guys are still performing.

    Reply
        • Agreed we got them to move it to the main card and instesd of keeping it on the main card by getting rid of the concert they cut the women’s match I mean they even moved the ic title match to the kicckoff to make time for the womens match and it looks like it still gets cut in the end poor Naomi wanted to see her win the title in her hometown just sucks feel bsd gor everyone involved in the match

          Reply
  21. We spoke up and WWE answered with a big fuck you I guess. They sure did take the women of the kickoff. They took them off the entire card.

  22. Vince is sitting in his office like “Why isn’t the crowd chanting for Rndy he’s the good guy”

Vince, Randy burned down a man’s house. That is very much heel.

  23. Good match. Short because Goldberg can’t go too long, but it makes Brock look tough again after two squashes. Curious as to who challenges Brock now. It’s gonna be Reigns again isn’t it?

  24. For anyone wondering about Mickie’s headdress and Becky’s dreads: Mickie is part Native American, from the same tribe as Pocahontas. Becky is honoring her Irish heritage with the dreads and paint because Celtic Warriors used to cake their hair with lime, creating something like dreadlocks and painted their faces.

  25. Okay, I spoiled myself, but I’m crying right now. Thank you Undertaker. You were one of the constants of my childhood WWE experience. You will always be the GOAT in my eyes.

  26. For twenty-seven years, I have been a fan of the Undertaker, all the incarnations(even the satanic one that scared me to death). I know it has to end, but I’m so sad right now, I’m crying.

  27. On the bright side, this is the first WrestleMania since I started watching again that I havent’ been absolutely apoplectic with rage. So that’s something.

  28. The sight of his gear in the ring seals it. He’s not coming back. We cannot and should not ask for more than what he gave, which is everything he had.
