1) Goldberg Makes A Promise
This weeks episode of Monday Night RAW kicked off with GOLDBERG, who challenges Kevin Owens for the WWE Universal Championship on Sunday at Fastlane.
Goldberg promised the Green Bay crowd, the fans watching at home, his wife, his son and Kevin Owens that he would become WWE Universal Champion. He promises that he will win the title and walk into Wrestlemania 33 against Brock Lesnar with the belt:

Goldberg claims that he never breaks a promise. Was Goldberg giving us a little preview for what will happen on Sunday? Will he really become the WWE Universal Champion?. I know a lot of fans aren’t thrilled with the idea of a part-time guy with the belt but it doesn’t look like Goldberg can be stopped.
2) Kevin Owens Makes A Promise Of His Own
Kevin Owens interrupted the promo from Goldberg to deliver a promise of his own to his Fastlane opponent and the WWE Universe that constantly chant his name.
Owens went through the names that he has run through since joining WWE: Seth Rollins, John Cena, AJ Styles, Dean Ambrose and more. Owens promised that Goldberg was next on his list and he promised that the Goldberg chant dies on Sunday night:

Owens cut another strong promo for the second week in a row. Both guys did enough to get me invested in their match on Sunday.
