Update On Sin Cara’s Punishment Following Backstage Fight With Chris Jericho

As noted prior, Sin Cara was involved in an altercation with Chris Jericho during WWE’s recent international tour. On the bus ride to Glasgow for RAW, Sin Cara was reportedly making annoying sounds, with many people on the bus asking him to stop. Jericho eventually stepped in, and both had to be separated by other people on the bus.

It is being said that Sin Cara threw the first punch and was kicked off of the bus for starting the fight.

According to Dave Meltzer on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Sin Cara’s punishment will be to attend some anger management classes. This is his 3rd fight in the past 2 or 3 years. He also reportedly ‘snapped’ on Jericho on the bus, throwing the first punch.

Sin Cara has a history of backstage altercations, including one several months ago when he got into it with Simon Gotch of the Vaudevillains. There were rumors that Sin Cara tossed an unopened soda can at Gotch’s face, leaving him with a black eye.

He also has been in a number of fights in years past. You can see some other backstage altercations at the link below.

Sin Cara was on this weeks RAW following the incident, picking up the win alongside Rich Swann against Noam Dar and Brian Kendrick. It doesn’t look like he will be punished on WWE TV for his actions.
