As noted prior, Paige needed surgery to repair her injured neck that has kept her out of action for the past several weeks. Paige has been in the news a lot lately as she had just been suspended by the WWE and engaged to Alberto Del Rio in the last couple of weeks. Based on a photo from Paige’s Twitter, it looks like she underwent surgery today.

As mentioned prior, Paige proposed to Alberto Del Rio in Puerto Rico in the ring. For those wondering, Paige and Del Rio’s relationship WILL be featured on Total Divas, as confirmed by E Online:
