UFC Champ Daniel Cormier On How He Would Book Brock Lesnar In WWE After UFC 200

UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Daniel Cormier is a big WWE fan. He was also fighting at UFC 200 where he defeated Anderson Silva. In his post-fight interview, Cormier was asked how he would book Brock Lesnar in the WWE after his big win against Mark Hunt. Thr win came 5 years after Brock’s last fight in the UFC back in 2011. Brock will be headlining Summerslam in August against Randy Orton.

Daniel Cormier suggests putting the WWE title on him:

“I think I’d make him more unbeatable. In WWE they call him the ‘conqueror’, the ‘beast incarnate’, you know, he can’t be beat. I’d make him more unstoppable now, because he just did something that I’m not sure anyone else over there can do. He came in and beat a top ten heavyweight, so you just make him more unstoppable. I say to hell with Randy Orton, and throw the belt on him again, because it legitimizes it because of what he did tonight” (Source: LAW).

Hard to have Brock lose to ANYONE on the WWE roster after his massive win in the UFC. He gives the WWE so much credibility that I think they would be silly not too. A lot of UFC fans dislike the WWE for being ‘fake’ or ‘scripted’. A guy like Brock Lesnar comes in and gets a huge win, legitimizing the WWE a bit. The stuff they do is scripted but they are still incredible athletes.

Let us know how you would book Brock moving forward in the comment section below!

  1. I wouldnt mind Brock being the champion if he wasnt part time. No point in making him champion at Summerslam just for him to be gone for several months afterwards. Seth/Dean/Roman/AJ will be in pointless, meaningless fueds.
