Enzo & Cass Sportscenter Appearance.
The realist guys in the room, Enzo Amore and Big Cass were guests with former WWE personality Jonathan Coachman on Sportscenter. Here were the highlights of the Enzo & Cass Sportscenter appearance:
- Enzo says they are portraying real life because they are real. They are themselves on screen and that’s why they think fans have gotten behind them.
- Enzo says a lot of guys have to turn the volume up when they get on screen in the WWE (when it comes to portraying a exaggerated version of themselves). Enzo says he turns the volume down. Cass says he turns his volume up a little bit to balance out Enzo.
- Big Cass says Smackdown going live and the brand split will create competition between superstars and shows which will provide the best sports entertainment for fans. Enzo says competition breeds success and ‘the only place success comes before work is in the dictionary”. He says the brand split is going to allow stars who don’t get screen time to shine. He also hopes him and Big Cass end up on the same show.
- Enzo jokes that he doesn’t know what Coach is talking about when asked about what happened on May 1st at WWE Payback when he suffered a concussion. He said he hit his head on the mat which caused the concussion. He says wrestling isn’t ballet things happen in the wrestling ring. Enzo says he is blessed to make a comeback and him and Big Cass are licking their chops to take on the tag team division.
- Big Cass says it was very scary and emotional when Enzo’s injury happened. Says it is not something he ever wants to re-live.
- Enzo says all-day everyday he is coming up with catchphrases. He says it is amazing that there is a job that allows him to speak his mind and do this for a living.
- Big Cass relates their phrase ‘SAWFT’ to athletes saying that anyone in the NHL or playing basketball likely knows someone who is ‘SAWFT’. There is always someone ‘SAWFT’ on the court and that is the worst thing you can call someone.
