John Cena returns this Monday night on RAW on Memorial Day.
John Cena returns Monday night on RAW to the WWE after being injured for the past couple months. Cena has been out for several months with a shoulder injury. We briefly saw him at WrestleMania 32 alongside the Rock to help him out against the Wyatt Family. He returns full time this week and many fans are excited. Cena spoke to IGN in a recent interview about his return and what new faces he is looking forward to meeting.
If he has anything planned for his RAW return:
“No, I’m just thinking about getting back. It’s not about planning for something. I know we have pretty much a new era going on, a lot of new faces, kind of a new boss. I just want to get back in the fold, man” (Source: IGN).
What new talent he has his eyes on:
“Like I said, I’m very happy to just be back. I’ve got my eye on Big Cass and Enzo Amore. I think they ooze everything that it takes to be a WWE superstar. They have so much energy. Those guys and the Vaudevillains are the guys I’ve been tipping my cap to on the viewership side. I can’t wait to get in the ring and we’ll see what happens” (Source: IGN).
High praise for Enzo/ Cass and the Vaudevillains. I personally am looking forward to him returning to WWE TV. He was doing very well with the United States Championship Open Challenges and I hope that eventually comes back to make the title mean something again.

I want to see Cena as champion. I’ve never watched wrestling with him as the champ yet. Plus it will make my son very excited.
