WWE announced the news of Smackdown going Live starting July 19 2016. (Link If Not Working On Mobile).
It was announced on Wednesday morning that Smackdown will be going live starting on July 19th 2016. The show is usually taped on Tuesday’s and airs in the United States on Thursday’s. Now the WWE are removing the taped aspect and going Tuesday night’s live! Shane and Stephanie in the video above, both petitioned to become the new leader of Smackdown. Shane jokes about fans wanting a risk taker, while Stephanie pitched herself as a seasoned veteran. It is clear that Shane will be running one brand and Stephanie will be running the other! I guess we will have to wait and see what happens!

Huge news for the WWE. It is clear that the landscape is changing around the WWE. I think the WWE needed a change like this and I am excited for what is to come!
