RAW this week saw Shane McMahon running the show for the second week in a row. We got to see the debut of Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows (see how Twitter responded). We saw the beginning of the new WWE Tag Team Tournament to find out the new number one contenders (My predictions here). We also got to see Roman Reigns tagging with Bray Wyatt against the League of Nations.

According to WrestlingInc, this weeks episode of RAW drew an average of 3.529 million viewers. This is down 15% from last weeks RAW after WrestleMania 32 that drew an average of 4.094.  A drop was expected considering the RAW after Mania show is usually the most watched of the year.

We know that the world has changed and cable numbers don’t mean everything. The main event of RAW that featured Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt vs Sheamus and Alberto Del Rio has over 850, 000 views on Youtube already. Considering these videos were posted late Monday night, that is pretty impressive. We do not have access to numbers regarding people who watched the show on other platforms like Hulu or anything else.

Let us know your thoughts on RAW this week.

  1. You would be suprised how many casual fans watch RAW on hulu ONLY because its 90 min long.

Other Casual fans just watch it on YouTube. They can just watch it on “their” time. YouTube might actually kill their Raw viewship numbers. I use YouTube to watch Smackdowb cause i work Thurs. Nights.

Who cares about the numbers tho? Raw has been great since Wrestlemania
