The WWE is getting a lot of attention lately for bringing in the top wrestling talent from around the world. Shinsuke Nakamura, AJ Styles, Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows have all made an impact in a short period of time. The WWE seems to realize that they can’t just rely on established stars for their product, they need to keep developing their own talent like they have been doing in the past. The WWE announced 10 new recruits for the WWE performance center.
Here are the newest signings:
- Babatunde Aiyegbusi – From Poland. Former Minnesota Viking football player who stands over 6 feet 9 inches and weighs in at over 350 pounds.
- Bianca Blair – From Tennessee. She is a CrossFit athlete and a powerlifter. She is a former track and field star at the University of Tennessee.
- Nikola Bogojevic – From Wisconsin. A former Junior Pan-American Games National Champion in Greco-Roman wrestling. In the Pan-American Games he also won a bronze medal in 2014.
- Carolyn Dunning – From Los Vegas. A former Air Force: Reserve Officers’ Training Corps member. She is also ranked in National bodybuilding bikini competitions.
- Macey Estrella – From South Carolina. Former United States Marine and Marine Crops SWAT team member.
- Nicola Glencross aka Nikki Storm – From Scotland. She has over 8 years of independent wrestling experience all over the world.
- Terrance Jean-Jacques – From Massachusetts. All-American wrestler at both the University of Rhode Island and the University of Iowa.
- Danielle Kamela – From California. Former Phoenix Suns dancer and Arizona Cardinals cheerleader. Also trained by Rikishi and Gangrel at their wrestling school.
- Michael Nicholls and Shane Veryzer aka The Mighty Don’t Kneel. From Australia. Decorated tag-team from a variety of different promotions.
