It seems that Sin Cara had a bad experience at Mesa Street Grill in El Paso. As a result, Sin Cara and restaurant management got into a heated twitter exchange back and forth. 1. I need to watch the video 1st to make an opinion.

Restaurants have the right to be rude to people who walk in automatically being disrespectful.

But yeah, i need to watch the video 1st

    • In terms of Customer Service, the person in the wrong is the manager. His reaction was rude and unprofessional, even if he felt justified, you do not speak to a customer that way, especially in a public forum like Twitter.

    • He had every right to express his unhappiness, but the manager’s reaction was an absolute fail of Customer Service 101. No matter how justified the manager felt, he dealt with this in the worst way possible.

  2. I’d like to watch the video before I say anything. I’ve heard stories of Chavo acting bitchy in public before, but Sin Cara’s a new one. Any restaurant owner has the right to call out anyone who calls them out on social media if they feel they are wrong or offensive.

Let’s see the evidence, then critique.

    • As someone who has worked customer service, the video is irrelevant. That manager absolutely failed at dealing with situation in a professional manner. You do not deal with unhappy customers by being rude to them, even if you feel justified.

Think how that looks to a potential customer. This is how the manager deals with people who aren’t happy with their service. How likely are you to ever go to that place if this is an example of their customer service?

  3. Reastaurant manager has the right to act however he feels like. I’ve worked in the restaurant business before & people feel like they can disrespect you & belittle you and say whatever they want to you & you’re just supposed to smile and give them free food.

Im sure SinCara isnt a regular customer. Prolly the 1st time hes ever ate there. Restaurant wont lose any business by him never going there again. Props on the manager calling a person out on his BS.
