Step 7) Dean Ambrose vs Seth Rollins vs Bobby Lashley vs Kevin Owens vs Finn Balor vs Baron Corbin to determine Roman Reigns’ challenger at Wrestlemania 35
– Elimination Chamber
My guess is that we will see an Elimination Chamber match to determine Roman Reigns’ next challenger for the WWE Universal Championship. This will include some of the top stars from RAW.
My gut says that we are getting Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose as the final two. Seth will end up defeating Dean to earn the WWE Universal Championship match.
After the match, Dean raises the arm of Seth and they hug. This leads to Dean finally turning on Seth out of frustration. Dean delivers a vicious beat down of Rollins. Roman comes down to help but Dean also attacks him too. Heel Dean stands tall to end the show.
Result: Seth becomes the number one contender. Dean turns on both Seth and Roman.
Step 8) Roman Reigns vs Dean Ambrose vs Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship
– Wrestlemania 35
After Dean’s attack on both Roman and Seth, this sets up a Shield triple threat at Wrestlemania 35 for the WWE Universal Championship.
We have seen a Shield triple threat match in the past but I feel like it should happen at Wrestlemania. This feels like the perfect time with all three members on the Monday Night RAW roster. I think Dean’s turn would give this one some extra juice. I think that it could be really good.
I would have Dean or Seth win the Title here. This would set up some great singles matches between Shield members for the Title in the months following Wrestlemania 35.
Result: Dean or Seth win the Title here.
Step 9) Braun Strowman vs Brock Lesnar
– Wrestlemania 35
While I don’t think that Braun will be involved in the WWE Universal Championship picture at Wrestlemania 35, I still think that he will be involved in a big match at the event.
I have him facing Brock Lesnar in a battle of monsters. Brock cost Braun the Title at an earlier PPV (in my predictions) to set this one up.
Braun would go on to win. This would be a nice Wrestlemania victory for him.
Result: Braun wins
