Step 4) Becky Lynch vs Nikki Cross for the Smackdown Women’s Championship
– WWE Royal Rumble
With their match ending in a disqualification at TLC, I have Becky and Nikki facing off again at the Royal Rumble PPV. I don’t know if too many fans would complain about another match between these two.
In this case, Becky would win the match clean. This will be a great first feud for Nikki on the main roster but I don’t see her winning the Title just yet. Her status will be elevated though as she will push Becky to the limit.
Match Result: Becky retains
Step 5) Women’s Royal Rumble Match
– WWE Royal Rumble
My guess is that Charlotte Flair will win the Women’s Royal Rumble match. Instead of challenging Becky Lynch though, she will be challenging Ronda Rousey for the RAW Women’s Championship.
For Becky, this means that she is left without a clear opponent for Wrestlemania 35. That will need to be determined over the next several weeks.
Match Result: Charlotte Flair wins the Royal Rumble match and challenges Ronda Rousey for the RAW Women’s Championship.
Step 6) Becky Lynch vs Naomi for the Smackdown Women’s Championship
– WWE Elimination Chamber
After Becky’s feud with Nikki Cross, I think that she will end up feuding with Naomi. This will lead to a match at the Elimination Chamber PPV (or whatever they end up calling it).
This would be a one-off match/ feud. I think that Becky would win clean to retain the Title. Becky vs Naomi seems like it would be a fun PPV match though.
