12 Big Storylines To Watch Out For In WWE Before 2018 Is Over

3) Hulk Hogan Could Return At WWE Crown Jewel

WWE will be returning to Saudi Arabia for another big event. This will be called ‘WWE Crown Jewel’ and it will be taking place in Riyadh.

One of the biggest rumors going around is that Hulk Hogan could be returning for the event. This would make sense because it is rumored that Saudi Arabia requested a bunch of old wrestling stars from the 1990’s. Hulk Hogan would likely be on the top of their list.

With Hogan now reinstated by WWE, I would not be surprised to see him appear at the event. The question is, how will the public react?

2) Shawn Michaels Could Wrestle Again

Probably the biggest thing that could happen before 2018 is over is Shawn Michaels wrestling again. Shawn has been retired for years now but the buzz is picking up about him coming back to the ring.

I know what you are thinking, Wrestlemania 35 isn’t until 2019. Well, the reason that I have this included is due to the rumor of Shawn potentially wrestling at WWE’s return show in Saudi Arabia. The current rumor is that Saudi Arabia will be paying a boatload of cash for the Heartbreak Kid to wrestle.

It looks like it will be a tag team match, Shawn and Triple H vs the Undertaker and Kane. Get ready folks, this seems like it is happening.

1) A Rematch For The Ages

Another rumor making the rounds is that WWE is also building towards a singles match between the Undertaker and Shawn Michaels. This time, it would be at Survivor Series instead of Wrestlemania.

This would make sense to me. The Undertaker started his career at Survivor Series so many years ago. Also, this gives us the chance to see Shawn vs a younger talent on the roster at Wrestlemania 35.

Pretty wild to think that we could see not just one, but two Shawn Michaels matches before 2018 is over.
