8) James Ellsworth Wins A Contract!

AJ Styles faced off against James Ellsworth in a ladder match for the main event of Smackdown LIVE. If Ellsworth won, he would not only earn a Smackdown contract but a future world title match against Styles.

Ellsworth ended up winning after AJ’s leg was caught in the ropes. With his win, Ellsworth earned a Smackdown LIVE contract and a future title match.


He also moves to 3 and 0 against AJ Styles in his career.

As we have noted before, many fans are sick of him being involved in the World Title scene. Looks like they won’t be happy about this!!!
