2) Ronda Rousey vs Asuka for the RAW Women’s Championship
Ronda Rousey was spotted training recently. Due to that, I am including her on my list of potential Wrestlemania 37 main events.
A strong option for Ronda’s return match would be against Asuka. This was teased when Ronda made her official WWE debut at the Royal Rumble a few years ago. Ronda confronted Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, and Asuka after the Women’s Royal Rumble match and stared all three of them down. We have seen Ronda face Charlotte and Alexa already. The only person left is Asuka.
Based on their submission styles, this could be a really good match and I want to see it. Due to Ronda’s star power, she is always in the conversation to be in the main event.
Note: For those asking about Ronda vs Becky Lynch, it is NOT going to happen at Wrestlemania 37. Becky is having a kid in December and it makes no sense for her to return to the ring in only a few months. That would be a great match but I would be shocked if it happened at this event.
1) Roman Reigns vs Big E for the WWE Universal Championship
My current pick to main event Wrestlemania 37 is Roman Reigns vs Big E for the WWE Universal Championship.
Big E is currently being pushed as a singles guy. I am going to assume that WWE will be slowly building him up over the next several months. I could see this leading to Big E winning the 2021 Royal Rumble match and earning a title opportunity at Wrestlemania 37. If that happens, Big E vs Roman Reigns is the match that we would likely get.
This would be an awesome feud and storyline. There are rumors that Big E was in consideration to be Vince McMahon’s top guy several years ago but he went with Roman instead. I would love to see that turned into a storyline and have some reality sprinkled into the feud.
Roman vs Big E would be a fantastic main event and it is my personal prediction at this moment.
