5 Ways That WWE Can Try To Appeal To Their Teenage Demographic

1) Get A Bit ‘Edgier’ With Their Content

The easiest way for WWE to appeal to the teenage demographic is to get a bit ‘edgier’ with their content.

I am not talking about bra and panties matches or anything close to that. I am more saying that WWE needs to do more things like what we saw recently on RAW and Smackdown. Things like Corey Graves saying “Holy Shit” after a wild RAW segment that felt unscripted or Kofi Kingston giving Samoa Joe the middle finger.

Small moments like these make us feel like we aren’t watching a ‘PG’ product. I get that WWE makes a bunch of money from being family-friendly but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a few of these moments that turn the volume up a little bit.

If WWE gets a bit edgier, I think that it could help drive interest from the teenage demographic. Make the show ‘cool’ to watch again, which feels like it hasn’t been in many years.
