6 Storyline Directions For ‘The Club’ Over The Next Several Months

4) The Club Feuds With Seth Rollins

Now that AJ Styles has turned heel, WWE could easily revisit the feud between him and Seth Rollins.

I have been predicting heel AJ Styles vs Seth Rollins for a few months now and it looks like it now could happen. Their previous match at Money in the Bank was amazing and the stakes will only be raised now that one of them has turned heel.

If it was up to me, I would save heel AJ vs Seth for the Universal Championship at Wrestlemania 36. It is a money match that deserves to be on a big stage. This would require either Styles or Rollins to win the Universal Title from Brock Lesnar over the next several months.

Regardless, revisiting the feud between these two seems like a no-brainer for WWE.

3) Finn Balor And AJ Styles Feud Over Leadership Of The Club

Finn Balor used to be the leader of the Bullet Club faction in Japan. After Balor left the company, AJ Styles took over the leadership role of the group.

To me, this would be an easy storyline for WWE to write. You would have AJ Styles and Finn Balor feuding over leadership of the group. Gallows and Anderson would be conflicted because they are friends with both guys.

This could lead to some fun matches between Balor and Styles. We haven’t gotten to see a full-blown feud between them and I think that it could be money.

Maybe they face off at a PPV where the winner gets full control of the group? Could be a fun way to go.
