3) AJ Styles vs Cedric Alexander

Another option for AJ Styles at Clash of Champions would be a United States Title match against Cedric Alexander.
Alexander is currently taking part in the King of the Ring tournament. My gut says that he will be knocked out of the tournament soon. As a result, that will free him up for a match at Clash of Champions.
WWE could easily book Styles vs Cedric. All they would have to do is have the O.C jump Cedric on RAW after he gets knocked out of the tournament.
Styles vs Alexander sounds like it would be a really strong match for the PPV. I know that I would love to see it.
2) AJ Styles vs Rey Mysterio
— WWE United States Championship
Another option for AJ Styles at Clash of Champions is for him to face off against Rey Mysterio.
Styles vs Mysterio is a feud that I would love to see for the United States Championship. If given the chance, I am sure that they would put on a really fun match.
This would work from a heel-babyface dynamic. It would also make sense since Rey is returning to RAW on Monday, where they could set the feud into motion.
This would be my personal choice if Styles is getting a singles match at the event.
