1) Adam Cole vs Tommaso Ciampa
The match that I would most like to see for Adam Cole is against Tommaso Ciampa.
Ciampa was forced to vacate the NXT Championship due to a neck injury. If he is able to work his way back over the next few months, a natural feud would be against Cole.
Cole has conquered Ciampa’s long-time friend and enemy, Johnny Gargano. Now, Cole could want to prove that he can also beat Ciampa. This would be an easy storyline to write and would make for a really fun match.
This obviously would require Ciampa’s neck injury to be fully recovered. Could be a great option for WWE at either Takeover: WarGames or Takeover: Houston. If it is the latter, that should give Ciampa plenty of time to recover from his injury.
